The draft plan of the estate provides for the creation of two internal courtyards linked by gateways. The first one, situated closer to Bobrowiecka Street, will be designed as a square with small architectural features, walkways and greenery. A second square is formed by the protective zone of the Black Alder monument of nature. Through their spatial and material diversification, both squares will make an impression of diversified, intimate components within the building, thus complementing the quiet, residential character of its architecture. Three one-storey gateways will be characteristic features of the building. Arranged in a line, they will form a natural circulation and view link between Bobrowiecka Street and the planned street.
