The structure of the building is composed of a set of cuboids of diversified heights, intersected by circulation routes and courtyards/patios. The two tallest cuboids form a tower of 90 m in height. The regular modular grid of the structure is situated on the north-south axis, overlooking Puławska and Marszałkowska Streets. Only on the side facing Unii Lubelskiej Square and the slanting section of Puławska Street, are the longitudinal blocks of buildings, rising 25.5 m and modelled according to the grid pattern, tailored to the geometry of the streets. The layout of internal courtyards and walkways is accessible from Puławski Square and from Boy’a-Żeleńskiego Street and, via deep arcades, from Unii Lubelskiej Square and Waryńskiego Street. Competition entry.
