Bobrowiecka Office Building

Bobrowiecka 8 is a new office building and a third construction that is part of the Bobrowiecka complex located in Lower Mokotów.

The plan of the building was shaped based on a quadrangle composed by the geometry of four blocks, which are positioned following the movement of the sun around the inner atrium. Recesses in the facade have been highlighted at the joints of individual blocks. Staircases and elevator halls “looking” outwards from which you can see the inner courtyard were placed inside those recesses. The office building has 6 floors and a two-level underground garage.

Together with the Bobrowiecka 6 office building and the Bobrowiecka 10 residential building, the facilities form a coherent office and residential complex, with service outlets and public squares.
