Another stage of residential development of the district following the conceptual provisions of a master plan for the post-industrial area stretching along the railway grounds of Warsaw's district of Wola. In line with the principles adopted, the houses are arranged around garden courtyards. The individual development stages are not closed and a system of public footways intersects dense development blocks, linking a series of public spaces. In accordance with the building form rules defined, each stage implements a slightly different vision of massing and choice of façade materials. The characteristic features of the second stage are wooden shutters closing loggias and a band layout of the elevation in two plaster textures.
