A complex of P4 buildings is being built in the industrial zone of Służewiec, the district transforming into a business area.
The complex consists of four buildings, two higher 7-storey and two lower 4-storey buildings. Those on the street side have a rectangular shape and form a street frontage, and the block of buildings located in the background has a terrace-like form, cascading towards the ground. Terraces create the possibility of introducing additional greenery into the urban tissue. V-shaped columns and massive beams form expressive elements that give those buildings a unique character. The construction based on a concrete frame system refers to the industrial past of Służewiec Przemysłowy district. The Utility Program of the framework has evolved from an office complex with a server room to a hotel and apartments. The design owes its functional flexibility to the expressive but orderly spatial structure, which is the opposite of neutral "open plans."
