Towarowa 22 is a finalist of the MIPIM Awards 2025 in the Best New Mega Development category

We are delighted to announce that our project, Towarowa 22, has been named a finalist in the MIPIM Awards 2025 in the Best New Mega Development category!

This is a significant recognition for us – this year’s competition saw over 200 projects submitted from 36 countries, with only four finalists selected in each category by the jury. We are proud to be among them.

This achievement is also a success for our investors: AFI Europe, Archicom, and Echo Investment. We congratulate them and thank them for their trust and collaboration.

The winners will be announced during the prestigious MIPIM Awards ceremony, which will take place in March at the Palais des Festivals in Cannes.
