The scale of the buildings, their exceptional, prestigious, and good access from the city centre, offer an opportunity to create a unique office complex with restrained architecture, intersected by expressive courtyards that create an attractive public space. Through their depth and complexity, the façades emphasize the three-dimensional massing of the buildings. The layout of vertical and horizontal patterns produces a harmonious façade that changes its expression depending on lighting. Also the material contributes to that effect – the massive elements of warm light-grey terrazzo have the outer face polished, whereas the inner reveals are sanded.
