The modernist building maintained in the style of pre-war tenement house fits into the exceptionally atmospheric aura of Old Ochota.
122 high-standard residential apartments and one-story office and service spaces were built at 17 Niemcewicza Street. The external facades are sandstone faced, like many residential tenement houses from the interwar period, and the wide, panoramic windows also evoke pre-war architecture. Niemcewicza Apartments comprise a complex of two multi-family buildings with a garden patio for residents between them.
