The complex will consist of 5 seven-storey buildings. The buildings form an organised composition of simple solids which are diversified in length and width. Such an arrangement of the buildings on the plot creates both the compact and neutral frontages of Grunwaldzka and Babimojska Streets and an individualised internal space which is also present in the street frontage through wide openings between the buildings. The idea was additionally highlighted by the elevations of the buildings: on the outside, the façades are calm, relatively neutral, with slightly indented floors, while on the inside deep 2-level loggias are provided, fragmenting the massing of the buildings and hence forming a more intimate climate of the development. Small yards are arranged in front of each building, which can be used as informal meeting places.
