Simple and clear spatial rules govern this building conceived primarily as a kind of workshop facility - a place for creative work.
The interior of the office consists of two étag?res supported by four columns, separated by an openwork staircase spanning three central floors.
Reinforced concrete girders stretching along the entire length of the building separate the work areas from supporting accommodation.
The building complements the existing street frontage. The elongated rectangular plan faces the street on its shorter side. A glazed wall reveals the characteristic cross section of the building as well as its concrete interiors which are determined mainly by the nature of its users’ activities.
Contrasting with the concrete walls, floors and columns are “warm” wooden floors, glass partition walls and coloured laminated board and plywood furniture.
