Gdynia Waterfront II

Gdynia Waterfront is an investment involving a complex of multi-family buildings located at the streets of Waszyngtona, Hryniewickiego and Jana Pawła in Gdynia.

Above the wharf, 75 000  m² of multi-functional space will be developed, in which public spaces, as well as residential, office and service part, will be built. The planned facilities include a hotel with conference space, a spa and a cinema. Modernist architecture harmonizes with the image of the port city.
