Aeronautical references in the search for form constituted an attempt to find the concept of a slightly unreal building in the industrial and technological architecture of the airport environment while taking into account all the practical values that a modern hotel and conference facility should have.

The gentle breaking of the arcades and attics serves to emphasize the aerodynamic shape of the building. The smooth "skin" of the graphite facade is contrasted with the warmth of the wooden lining of the arcade walls. This treatment emphasizes the impression of exclusivity and internal warmth expected in hotel interiors.
