Bobrowiecka 10 is a multi-family apartment complex in Lower Mokotów, consisting of four minimalistic buildings and spacious courtyards in between.
The complex consists of three 4-storey buildings and one 5-storey building and houses 123 apartments. The ground floor was intended for service premises and stores. Between the buildings, there are two spacious courtyards. One of them is designed for elements of small architecture; on the other, a beautiful tree - Black Alder - a monument of nature has been preserved. The rhythm of rectangular and square windows breaks the white facade of buildings.
Bobrowiecka 10, together with Bobrowiecka 6 and 8, constitute a coherent office and residential complex.
