The site is situated between Warsaw Embankment and Puławska Street, Warsaw’s major artery. The neighbourhood consists of development dating back to the 1970s as well as socialist realist and interwar buildings. The composition of the building is based on a layout of three blocks forming the letter C, which separate the surrounding streets from the internal courtyard. A rigorous steel profile grid of the façade forms a matrix filled with diverse features, such as sandstone slabs, windows and balconies, organising the outer picture of flats of different sizes and functional layouts.
