The residential complex built on a longitudinal plot, a typical result of agricultural land parcelling, stretches along two pedestrian streets linking the continuous building line of Wilanowska Street with green areas along a neighbouring watercourse. The irregular layout of the street-facing facades of five-storey houses brings out shimmering rhythms of wooden louvres set at different angles, which are distinctive features of the complex and give the residents a sense of privacy.
