Avangarden

A four-sided development quarter constructed in a prominent location of the new Wilanów district contains three internal courtyards – gardens connected by the broken line of a pedestrian crossing. The gable walls of intersected outbuildings form a characteristic shape of this walkway opening out to greenery. The massing of the façades is an attempt to calm and organize large-scale elevations provided in response to detailed planning requirements.
