The building is a contemporary townhouse. The adopted concept in its scale and form refers to the typical development in this part of Wola. Along Krochmalna and Wronia streets, the proposed course of the building line is a continuation of the existing building frontages in the neighbourhood. The building, divided into three parts, surrounds the inner courtyard. Vertical risalits on the side of the courtyard divide the body of the building into three parts, thus allowing to adjust the scale to the existing historic building on Chłodna Street. Narrow gable walls make it possible to achieve the effect of a completed form, even though the building will constitute the first fragment of the entire quarter between Wronia/Krochmalna/Chłodna Streets. The restrained - "urban" character of the external façades is built on the basis of the repeated rhythm of window divisions on all external façades using the same window and loggia module. This is reinforced by the repeated vertical canvassing of the precast architectural concrete façade elements on the external façades. The smoothly polished window and loggia recesses are contrasted with the façade planes to provide a reference to the historical window frames. The façades on the courtyard side are designed with more wooden elements. The difference between the urban character of the external façades and their garden-like, less formal character is emphasised by the use of timber details for the window frames. The warm grey colour of the facades harmonises with the light colour of the woodwork.

The external facades, have a strict division, and the dimensions of the openings refer to the traditional proportions of the windows of Warsaw townhouses. The even, elegant grille overlaps with the freer division inherent in residential buildings resulting from the function of the rooms. The warm wooden detailing of the loggia and windows emphasises the residential character of the complex. The street elevations, seen mainly in large perspective abbreviations, have additional vertical articulation built with bay windows. The courtyard elevations have a more casual, garden-like character. The building line breaks towards the exit gates. The draped render walls contrast with the plain white panels of the balconies and window frames. The interiors of the frames marking the flat divisions are finished in wood. Balcony connectors allow framed views of the surrounding development while providing better ventilation and sunlight to the courtyards.
