The residential projects on Posag 7 Panien Street and Gierdziejewskiego Street in Ursus are designed in the form of quarters, whose inner courtyards will serve as gardens for residents. The development quarters consist of 12 sections of 5 to 7 stories in height. The individual sections, through their offsets from each other, varied façade details and colors, create the impression of fragmented development.
